Late Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s cook who was present on June 14, when the actor was found hanging from his bedroom’s ceiling fan; has recorded his testimony. In an exclusive interview with India Today, he has revealed new details.

According to the cook, Niraj, the actor had woken up early on the day he committed suicide. He had seemed very tense. After taking breakfast, the actor had locked himself in his bedroom. Even after several hours, he hadn’t come out.

His cook Niraj had tried to knock several times, but was initially under the impression that the actor had fallen asleep. However, the cook had also tried to call the actor whose phone was ringing but was left unattended. A rather alarmed cook, shouted several times but his efforts ended in vain.

He had immediately called Sushant’s sister who then reached Sushant’s residence. They broke the room’s lock to find the actor hanging dead from his ceiling fan.
