After dismissing the marital rape plea, the Supreme Court on Wednesday declared that sex with minor wife will be considered as rape. The child marriage prohibition act was also relied for this conclusion by Supreme Court. The court reportedly said that action will be taken against husbands of girl children from 15-18 years of age if they complain about the rape in one year from the date of the incident.
