The Jawaharlal Nehru University has reportedly fined four students between Rs 6,000 and 10,000 for cooking and eating biryani near the college’s administration block. Reports say the students have been given a 10-day notice to pay the fine. This order comes following protests by students on June 27 when the officials allegedly denied to meet them and the students camped outside the block and cooked the meal.
