Following the incident where a student uploaded a video of a man masturbating near her on a bus in Delhi few days ago, police have announced a reward of Rs 25,000 for anyone coming forward with clues about the man. Reports say, the girl recorded the video of the act and filed a complaint with the police on February 10. Police are currently on look out for the man.
