According to reports, a 21-year-old student named Naveen Kumar died when he slipped and fell into the waterfalls while clicking selfies. The Channagiri waterfalls is located in the Nandi hills in Chikkaballapur district. The boy on Wednesday reportedly drowned in the water and died. The fire services officials rushed to the spot and sent his body for post-mortem to a government hospital. The student was reportedly studying in the final year of B.Com at a government arts college in Doddaballapura.
