The Dubai Police has reportedly approved to transport Sridevi’s mortal remains to India and proceed with the embalming process. The permission letter has reportedly been handed over to the consulate and the family members. Actress Sridevi passed away in Dubai on February 24 and her body is expected to be flown to Mumbai on Tuesday.

Update: Dubai Police has handed over the Consulate and the family members letters for the release of the mortal remains of the Indian cinema icon Sridevi Boney Kapoor so that they can proceed for embalming.
