Police have reportedly arrested an assistant professor at a local pharmacy college in Rajkot on Thursday for allegedly killing his 64-year-old mother. Fed up with her illness, 36-year-old Sandip Nathwani allegedly pushed his mother off the terrace of their residential building in the city. Reports say the incident took place on September 29. While Nathwani’s family earlier maintained that his mother Jayashreeben slipped off the terrace, police said the CCTV recordings show that the man was with his mother when she fell off the terrace. Nathwani confessed to his crime and was arrested, police reportedly said.
