A school principal in Chandigarh, who also happened to own the school, allegedly raped a Class X girl on the pretext of helping her write her board exams on Tuesday. The story goes that the parents of the girl had approached the principal offering him Rs 10,000 to help the girl with her board exams. The principal told the girl that another girl would write her exam and raped her after taking her to an acquaintance's house. The principal and two women who helped him in the heinous act are absconding and the cops are currently on the lookout for the trio. A case has been filed and the girl and her parents have received counseling.
