The Supreme Court on Monday reportedly restored a ban on firecrackers sale in Delhi and nearby towns till November 1. Passing the order, the top court reportedly said it wants to assess the difference in the air quality. The court’s September order removing the ban would be effective from November, the apex court reportedly said. The court, in September, had temporarily lifted its earlier order suspending licence for the sale of firecrackers.
