Rape convict Ram Rahim arrived in 200-car motorcade, left in helicopter

Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim Singh arrived in Panchkula for the verdict on the rape charge him arrived in a convoy of about 200 cars that travelled at high speed. After the court convicted the 50-year-old of raping two women followers in 2002, the self-styled godman was flown out of Panchkula by helicopter on Friday evening. While he was arrested and taken to Rohtak, where he will be jailed, the court will sentence him on August 28.
