The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the center about the conspiracy behind the making of the bomb that killed former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Advocate appearing for one of the convicts Perarivalan who was found guilty told the bench that there were issues which were not investigated in the case properly. Reportedly Perarivalan claimed that he has every right as he spent 25 years in prison and as a citizen to seek a proper investigation. The court agreeing to his plea has fixed a court hearing on August 23.
