FAMILY LEFT IN SHOCK AFTER 95-YR-OLD 'DEAD' MAN WAKES UP DURING FUNERAL

A 95-year-old man from Rajasthan who was assumed to be dead shocked his family after waking up at his own funeral. The man reportedly claimed that he was asleep due to a chest pain.

Budh Ram Gujjar fell unconscious on Saturday following which his family rushed him to a private hospital where he was pronounced dead. A priest was called to perform the old man's last rites. When Gujjar was bathed during the ritual, he started shaking and woke up.

The 95-year-old man reportedly said, "I was having a pain in my chest, so I was sleeping." Gujjar's family are delighted to have him alive. His youngest son, Ranjit said, "This Diwali is very big for us. If my father died, then this year we could not have celebrated Diwali at home. But now we will celebrate Diwali with a big smile as well.”
