Railway Minister Piyush Goyal announced that the Indian Railways will reportedly live stream video footage of its 'base kitchens' to check if cooks are serving poor quality food.
Media reports cite that CCTV cameras have been installed in 16 of the 200 base kitchens of IRCTC, the main caterer for the railways.
Passengers can visit the IRCTC website to watch the live stream, the minister added.
