Rahul set to become Congress president: CWC passes resolution

Following the decision at the Congress Working Committee meeting on Monday to hold an election on December 16 to choose the president for the party, the CWC has reportedly passed a resolution to make Rahul Gandhi president of the party. The election process may start on December 1 with the party issuing the notification, party sources reportedly said.
