While speaking at a function in Singapore, Rahul Gandhi, son of assassinated former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi said that he understands that, in politics, risking one's life was the price that the family knew they had to pay for standing up against wrong forces. He further added that he and his sister were upset and sad initially but have completely forgiven his father's killers over time.
