Dera gave Rs 5 crore to incite violence in Punjab and Haryana

Dera Sacha Sauda spent at least Rs 5 crore to trigger violence on the day its chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was convicted of raping two women in Panchkula, a Special Investigation Team revealed on Wednesday. The organisation had reportedly given away money to various places in Punjab and Haryana, including Panchkula, where Ram Rahim’s conviction caused violence.
