PRIEST BEHEADS INNOCENT MAN INSIDE TEMPLE - POLICE SHOCKED TO KNOW REASON BEHIND MURDER!

An elderly priest has been held in Odisha for beheading a man who was worshiping in the temple. The victim’s body has been taken over by the police.

The 70 year old priest was identified as Ojha, who has been employed at Goddess Brahmani temple in Bandhahuda area in Cuttak, Odisha. The victim was a 55-year-old. The priest had beheaded the victim on Wednesday night, within the temple premises.

The reason stated by the priest was that he had received the order to sacrifice a human in his dreams, from the goddess herself. He justified saying that this act will end the coronavirus pandemic.

“During interrogation he admitted to the murder claiming it was ordered by the goddess,” said the Sub Divisional Police Officer. An axe was used by the priest to hack the man to death, and the weapon has been seized by the police.

Police DIG Ashish Kumar Singh told India Today TV, “Preliminary investigation reveals the accused was heavily drunk at the time of incident. The next morning when he came back to his senses he surrendered and accepted the crime.”
