Popular actor Varun Dhawan reportedly took a selfie with a fan on the streets of Mumbai while waiting in traffic. This incident caught the attention of the Mumbai police and in a tweet on Thursday, the police hit out at the actor for flouting rules and said that an e-challan will be issued to him regarding the incident.

However, the actor immediately responded to the issue with an apology.
