FEMALE JAIL PRISONER USES TRAIN TOILET, AS POLICE GUARD OUTSIDE; JOURNEY TURNS HORRIFYING!

In a shocking and disturbing case, a 42-year-old Tihar Jail female inmate was allegedly raped by a Delhi Police constable in the toilet of a moving train. The female inmate was taken to West Bengal for a court hearing.

This horrifying incident took place on August 3 when the woman was returning to Delhi after attending a court hearing in West Bengal's Murshidabad town.

The Delhi Police constable was part of the team who was escorting her back to the national capital.

The woman in her complaint alleged that she was escorted to the train’s toilet by the two policewomen, but the male constable asked the two to return to their seats, and offered to guard the washroom. After the women constables went back, he barged inside and raped her, Hindustan Times reported.

After committing the crime, the constable allegedly threatened her not to inform anyone.

Only after returning to Tihar Jail, she narrated her ordeal to the jail doctor and superintendent, who approached Hari Nagar police station, Hindustan Times further reported.

Currently, a zero FIR has been lodged in this matter and a medical examination has also been conducted. (Zero FIR is a FIR that can be filed in any police station regardless of the place of incidence or jurisdiction.)
