According to reports, Indian PM Narendra Modi and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe are set to inaugurate India's first bullet train project in September this year. The high-speed train which will travel from Mumbai to Ahmedabad will use Japan's Shinkansen technology for the construction of the line. Meanwhile, a loan agreement of over Rs 76,900 crore is expected to be signed between the two nations during Abe's India visit.
