PM Modi announces ₹500-crore relief for flood-hit Bihar

PM Narendra Modi on Saturday reportedly announced a Rs 500 crore relief package for the Bihar state after taking an aerial survey of Bihar floods. Assuring that a central team will be sent to assess the damages caused by floods, he also announced giving Rs 2 lakh from the PM's National Relief Fund to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to the injured.
