According to reports, police arrested a man from Mumbai for allegedly filming a 22-year-old college student in her washroom and circulating the video on WhatsApp. The man identified as Lakhan Mane, works as a sweeper near victim's place. Notably, the accused was also stalking her daily on Facebook.
