Goa tourism Minister Manohar Ajgaonkar on Monday said that strict action would be taken against the people found drinking on the state beaches and they could even be arrested if needed. "The beaches should be clean and there should not be any illegality on them. We have also stopped people drinking on the beaches. We will not mind arresting them if required", Manohar told at the state legislative assembly.
