MAJOR DECISION BY COURT ON KATHUA RAPISTS

According to reports, the Pathankot sessions court on Thursday framed charges against seven of the eight accused in the rape and murder an 8-year-old girl in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district.
Since the eighth accused in the case is a juvenile, the decision on charge for him is still pending. The trial in the case began on May 31 after the Supreme Court shifted the hearing outside Jammu and Kashmir.
An 8-year-old girl from Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua was raped and murdered by eight people out of whom one was a minor.
