PARLIAMENT STALLED FOR 21ST CONSECUTIVE DAY

The Parliament was stalled on Thursday for the 21st consecutive day following an uproar from the MPs of AIADMK and TDP. The AIADMK MPs have been stalling both houses of Parliament - Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha - demanding the formation of Cauvery Management Board by the Centre as per Supreme Court’s order. Meanwhile, the Telugu Desam Party lawmakers have been holding agitations seeking Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh.
