Over 2,000 SBI Credit Card users duped of Rs 5 cr.

The Cyber Crime Branch of the Cyberabad City Police on Wednesday arrested 30 people in Hyderabad for duping over 2,000 SBI Credit Cardholders for over Rs 5 crore in the guise of sending gifts, reports The NewsMinute.

The complainants alleged that they received phone calls from unknown persons posing themselves as employees of SBI Credit Card Decision and taking their card details. Soon, victims started noticing that transactions to the tune to Rs 8,500 were being deducted from each holder's credit card account.
