According to reports, the death toll in the NTPC boiler blast in Uttar Pradesh has reportedly increased to 22 on Thursday. A boiler pipe at a new 500 MW power generating unit exploded in the NTPC power plant situated at Unchahar near Raebareli, say reports. Reports also suggest that the death toll might increase as many are believed to be trapped inside the unit.
