A plantation owner, who gave a loan of Rs 4.000 to a daily wage worker reportedly locked him inside a cage of 3 dogs in Karnataka. Harish, the daily wage worker allegedly borrowed the amount from Kishan a few months back, as he was unable to pay it back Kishan took this harsh move. Harish reportedly sustained severe injuries and a case has been filed against the plantation owner.
