WOMAN RETURNS HOME AFTER CREMATED BY PARENTS

It came as a shock, after a young woman who was thought to be dead by her parents, returned back home. After a failed marriage, 25-year-old Neetu had been living with her parents in Noida when she suddenly went missing on April 6.

On April 24, her father, Sarvesh Saxena mistook an unidentified burnt body to be hers and had it cremated. Saxena also lodged a complaint with the police station against Neetu's husband for allegedly murdering her.

On further investigation, it was found that Neetu's husband had nothing to do with the incident. The police found that Neetu had run away and was living with a man named Pooran. On May 2, Neetu was handed over to her parents.
