According to reports, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday wrote a letter to Center asking for the removal of Hindi signboards from Bengaluru’s metro stations. "The stand of the Government of India of using three-language formula is not reasonable," Siddaramaiah said. He further added that the "cultural aspirations and sentiments of the people of Karnataka need to be respected."
