According to reports, a 45-year-old man named Harshan Raote, a resident of Chembur, fell from the 5th floor of the Mantralaya building in Mumbai on Thursday. He was rushed to a hospital in an unconscious state and was declared dead by doctors, say reports. Raote, a life convict in a murder case in Paithan open prison, was reportedly on furlough. According to reports, police are yet to ascertain whether it was a suicide or an accident.
