In a shocking incident, 16 young women were found hidden in a crammed, closet-like space with no ventilation in a Mumbai bar. The women were reportedly in a fainting condition as they were made to hide in the space by the bar owners after they came to know about the raid. Inspector Arjun Rajane, who led the raid, reportedly said: “We saw a well-hidden cavity in the kitchen at the first level, which led down into a small room which led further into another small 4x4 feet room. We went in, and found 16 women crammed tightly inside the room.” The police arrested 30 people including 10 staff and 20 customers.
