MOST RAPES UNPLANNED, SAYS SURVEY

Surveys of the National Sexual Violence Resource Centre show that a majority of rapes are unplanned and therefore debunks myths and theories that women's clothing contribute to the cause, says a report in the Deccan Chronicle.
The survey also found that, more often than not, rapists usually tend to assert their dominance by overpowering innocent victims.
