According to reports, JP Singh, a retired engineer and an ardent supporter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to construct a grand temple worth Rs 30 crore in honour of Modi in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh. The temple will have a 100-foot statue of Modi installed along with statues of Lord Vishnu and goddess Laxmi in the sanctum sanctorum. The temple would be constructed on the Meerut-Karnal highway in Sardhana area of the district.
