In a horrific incident in Jharkhand, a man and his brothers allegedly gangraped and murdered a 13-year-old girl after her family did not vote for his wife in the panchayat elections. It is reported that the main accused Premlal, held the family responsible for his wife's defeat for the post of the local sarpanch, the elections to which was held recently.
