Karnataka’s district-in-charge minister Pramod Madhwaraj was reportedly fined on Saturday for riding without a helmet near Karje village in Brahmavara. Photos of the minister riding without a helmet were shared on social media and as people criticised his decision to ride without a helmet, he reportedly came forward to the Udipi police station and paid a fine of Rs 100.
