A 43-year-old woman who is allegedly mentally unstable was assaulted by three women in Kochi, Kerala. According to reports, the woman was repeatedly beaten with a rod and attacked with a hot spatula in broad daylight with not a single person coming forward to stop the attackers. The attackers have been remanded to judicial custody and the victim may soon be shifted to a mental hospital.
