VIDEO: 'WHO WANTS FREEDOM?' MAN SHOUTS AND OPENS FIRE AT ANTI-CAA PROTESTORS
Home > News Shots > IndiaAmidst the continuing Anti-CAA rally in parts of India, one unidentified man in Delhi had allegedly opened fire in Delhi at Jamia area as reported by India Today.
The man was arrested by the Delhi police had been identified as Gopal. He was found in the Jamia area where the Anti-CAA protestors including students of Jamia Millia Islamia were marching towards Rajghat.
Gopal allegedly shouted 'Who wants freedom? I will give freedom' while opening fire at the protestors. Shadab Najar, a student of Jamia Millia's Mass Communication and Research Centre has been injured because of the fire.
Reportedly he was taken to Holy Family Hospital in Jamia area. The video of the man's actions was released by ANI on official Twitter account.
A similar incident happened on Tuesday (January 28) where a man named Shaheen Bagh entered the protestors area with a gun. Later he was identified as Mohammad Luqmaan (50) who belongs to Shaheen Bagh area and was carrying a licensed pistol.
