A 24-year-old man in Hyderabad reportedly ordered a Canon DSLR camera from Flipkart and received a parcel containing a stone and two toy cameras. Vinay ordered the camera worth Rs. 41,000 and reportedly paid the amount on his credit card on September 4th and received the package on September 5th. Vinay immediately called the customer support of Flipkart to make a complaint, and they replied telling him that the original camera was shipped to his address and denied to help him. To get the refund, Vinay lodged a complaint the LB Nagar police station,report says. Smilar case was reported in Chennai on the Big Flash sale of Flipkart in 2016.
