VIDEO: MAN FALLS SICK AFTER DRINKING COW URINE; BJP LEADER ARRESTED FOR ORGANISING EVENT 

In a shocking and bizarre case, a Bharatiya Janata Party leader, organised a cow urine consumption event in Kolkata. The minister identified as Narayan Chatterjee, claimed that it will protect people from coronavirus and cure those already infected. He also spoke of its “miraculous” properties and made several people drink it. 

Hours later a civic volunteer fell ill after drinking the urine, which led the Kolkata Police to arrest the Bharatiya Janata Party leader. 

According to a Times of India report, a 34-year-old home guard personnel, who was on duty had to be admitted to a hospital after he complained of vomiting and nausea. He also filed a complaint against the BJP leader.  

Meanwhile, West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh claimed there was no harm in drinking cow urine.
