A man abandoned his car and took the Kochi Metro train to make it to his wedding on time last Saturday. He departed around 6 am from Palakkad to reach the wedding venue at 11 am. However, he got stuck in traffic jam unexpectedly and decided to dump his car. He explained it to the people in the queue at the ticket counter and bought the tickets. He grabbed the next train to reach the venue on time. The Kochi Metro offered its 'Kochi One' smart cards to the couple as a token of appreciation.
