A seven- year old girl was allegedly raped repeatedly by her father. This incident was reported in Jhalawar district of Rajasthan. Noting the girl’s absence from the anganwadi which she used to attend regularly, one of the workers there went to the girl’s house where she came to know about this crime said Jhalawar district’s Deputy Superintendent of Police Chagan Singh Rathore. The accused has been arrested under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
