According to reports, at least 13 people were killed and two others were injured after a bus, travelling from Ganpatipule to Pune, fell into the Panchganga River at Kolhapur in Western Maharashtra on Friday night. The bus carrying 16 passengers fell into the river when the driver lost control of the vehicle at around 11:45 pm. Fire brigade officials were alerted and a severe search operation is going on, say reports.
