Businessman Nirav Modi's lawyer said on Wednesday that his client is not absconding but is away on business. Earlier, the diamond baron was accused of fraud by Punjab National Bank to the tune of Rs 11,300 crore. Notably, Nirav's passport was also revoked earlier.
