YOUTH HELD FOR ASSAULTING BUS DRIVER

Kerala police arrested a youth named Dileep for attacking a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation bus driver on Thursday. Visuals of the incident show Dileep attacking the bus driver Aboobacker multiple times and refusing to stop even after Aboobacker was found bleeding from the nose.

Reportedly, Dileep and his friends were on their way to a wedding when the bus brushed against the car. Angered by this, Dileep assaulted the bus driver even as the conductor is seen trying to rush to the driver's rescue but in vain. The video of the incident has since gone viral. 

Aboobacker was admitted to a hospital and is being treated for his injuries.
