A woman was reportedly arrested in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram district after she abandoned her 11-month-old baby in the verandah of a shopping centre and eloped with her paramour. Reports say, the 23-year-old woman fled from her husband’s home with her son about five months ago and has been on the run with her paramour. A case has been registered and the child was handed over to the woman’s family.
