Congress MLA M Vincent representing Kovalam constituency in Thiruvananthapuram have been reportedly booked in for abatement to the suicide of a 51-year-old woman on Friday. According to reports, the police have invoked rape charges against the MLA and decided to file a case under sections 376 and 354 (d) of the Indian Penal Code.
