The Kerala High Court recently gave a name for a nameless five-year-old boy. The Court issued an order to name the boy Johan Sachin. The boy was reportedly not named due to a conflict of what name to choose between his inter-religious parents.
According to reports, the boy's Hindu father, Sachin, wanted him to be named Abhinav Sachin and his Christian mother wanted him to be named Johan Mani Sachin. Unable to reach a conclusion, the boy was not named at all. However, as he became five, he was not given admissions in schools without having a name.
The boy's parents went to the court for a solution. To stay fair to both the parties, the HC named him Johan Sachin. 'Johan' to satisfy the mother and 'Sachin' to satisfy the father.
