KARNATAKA GOVERNOR INVITES HD KUMARASWAMY TO TAKE OATH AS CM

It has been announced that the Karnataka Governor, Vajubhai Vala has invited the Congress- JD(S) coalition to form the government. Reportedly, JD(S)'s CM candidate, HD Kumaraswamy will take oath on May 21. The swearing-in ceremony will reportedly take place between 12 pm to 1 pm.
It was also announced that the members of JD(S) and Congress will be meeting later tonight to discuss the future actions to be taken.
Speaking to the press after meeting with the Governor, Kumaraswamy explained that the Governor has offered 15 days for them to prove their majority. He expressed his regards to Sonia and Rahul Gandhi and the other Congress leaders and stated that he has personally invited them to his swearing-in ceremony.
