INSECT IN RAILWAY’S FOOD: WOMAN GETS RS 10,000 COMPENSATION

A consumer redressal forum has directed the Indian Railways to compensate an aggrieved passenger, Shalini Jain who was served insects in her meals while travelling from Chandigarh to New Delhi on July 3, 2016, by Kalka Shatabdi Express. No one from railways appeared to contest the case, The Times of India adds.
